I stayed here for three nights while in town for friends' wedding and would highly recommend this hotel when in Belgrade. It is small and charming, fully equipped with all necessities to let you enjoy your stay. Great breakfast and attentive staff ( even catered to my hungover the day after the wedding :)).

villa akacija is almost brand new, clean, modern, very comfortable b&b. the room and bathroom were big, beds were comfy and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and pleasant. the location is excellent for exploration of Zemun and Danube quay but also just a short bus ride to the Belgrade downtown. excellent value for money!!!!

Very nice place. It is positioned in the heart of Zemun, walking distance from the famous restaurants, bars, kafanas in Belgrade. Parking available just in front of the hotel. The local market (recommend to visit for local delicacies) is just on the corner. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms also big, clean and well kept. You should not miss the breakfast... Serbian flavours fresh and juicy... I am recommending to everyone who loves Belgrade and Zemun in particular.
